Joint or limb pain

Hello, weekend warriors! Who’s rolled their ankle running with friends or strained their shoulder playing with kids?

Joint pain can be caused by arthritis, excessive stress, or strain on the area and may be acute or chronic. Common diagnoses within this category are osteoarthritis, limited range of motion, bursitis, and adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). Joint pain often leads to difficulty with functional activities such as reaching overhead or behind your back for dressing, bathing, or self care for an upper extremity injury and difficulty walking, trouble with stairs, or pain with kneeling for a lower extremity injury.

Limb pain is often due to straining a muscle or muscles and also can be acute or chronic. Diagnoses here can include muscle spasms, tendinitis or tendinosis, and limited range of motion.

Whether you “pulled” or even tore a muscle, or have trouble with mobility due to pain within a limb or joint, I can help!
